Cole Minor Builders, Inc. was founded on the principles of renewal and investment in our communities. We look for properties that have been off the  market for a variety of reasons and we work to bring them back online at reasonable prices while still enjoying a comfortable return to our investors.

While our building focus is on residential, we are active investors in retail, commercial and multi-family. 

Andrew Kaplan has been active in the real estate market for over 20 years having worked with commercial real estate firms CBRE and Newmark Knight Frank before moving into development and management for smaller investment companies.
